Registration Fee


When available in September, you will be able to Download the 2018 SHAPE Alaska Conference Schedule At-A-Glance here.  

Please note there will not be hard copies of the schedule available at the conference. 




This will be multiple step process and is separate from registering for the SHAPE Alaska conference.  

         Step one:  Download and register for the SHAPE Alaska conference (see above for the link)

         Step two:  Download the course syllabus (click here to view) for requirements.  You will have to register for the credit at UAA, cost $195.  If you do not have a UAA student ID, call the HPER office manager, Chrissy Wilson, at 786-4085 or contact her through email at for help with registration.

         Step three:  Print off the signature form (available here) required to be completed at the conference.  These forms will only be available on-line; no hard copies will be available at the conference.

         Step four:  Complete any forms required by your district, such as MLP, to make sure the credit will be accepted by your district.
